Strata: Help

Connect Strava, share activities, and manage your Teams channel.

Get started

You'll need a Teams channel and a Strava account. Don't have one? Sign up for Strava.

  1. Install Strata in your team or channel. Ask your Teams administrator to approve or upload the app if needed.
  2. Send @Strata help in the channel to check that the bot responds.
  3. Send @Strata connect, select Connect!, and sign in to Strava to authorize access outside Teams.
  4. Save a new Strava activity after connecting. Its activity card will appear in the connected channel.

To stop sharing, send @Strata disconnect. Disconnecting does not remove activity cards already posted in Teams; delete earlier posts using Teams' message controls where your permissions allow it.
